Leg gym workout :)

Hey Guys! So I have finally got my gym membership back and running a couple weeks ago, which means that i have been working out everrryyyy day. I feel great! I have realised how much I miss going to the gym when I do not go for a while. So I thought that I would give you a quick leg workout routine that I do :)
Running machine/rowing machine or cross trainer - 10mins
Stretch 2mins
Leg press machine (start with a comfortable weight, then add more) 10 reps 3 sets
Leg curl machine (start with a comfortable weight then add more) 10 reps 3 sets
Stretch 2mins
Weighted squats (I use about 12.5 kg) 20 reps 2 sets
Weighted lunges (I use 6-8kg on each side) 20 reps each side
Stretch 2mins
