Apple and Blueberry Porridge

Good morning:) For a fresh start to my day I normally have a coffee and porridge, I don't have porridge every day because I don't want to get bored with it. So I make sure that I try different flavours. Recently I have mainly been buying plain porridge and adding nutmeg an cinnamon, thats my favourite at the moment. Over the weekend my dad bought the quaker oats with the three different flavours 'golden syrup', 'plain' and 'blueberry and apple'. I normally have the plain because I don't like the amount of sugar in the other ones, but today I tried the 'blueberry and apple'. It was a lot better then I thought considering that I am not that keen on blueberries.
I've been having porridge for breakfast because it always keeps me full till lunch, it also provides a healthy and natural source of fibre as they have been proven to help reduce cholesterol. Considering its been 2 weeks into this 'challenge' of mine porridge seemed to be a good breakfast to give a go.
