Post-Training green smoothie!! Woo

Hey guys! Now. I personally think that smoothies taste better in the morning or after a workout/training session. Any other time of the day and it honestly doesn't taste the same haha.

So today I thought that I should try out the innocent's super smoothie 'invigorate'. I had never tasted it before as I am so used to making my own smoothies at home. So after training I popped into tesco and decided to try it out.

I thought it tasted great! It does taste a bit more green then I am used to because in my smoothies you normally can't taste the greens as much but it was a good change which I'm glad I tried. I can understand how some people are put off green smoothies because of the look of them and the ingredients that they see inside...but I get exited haha...yes I do find it funny also. 'Invigorate' had Kiwi, lime,matcha ,wheatgrass & flaxseeds plus vitamins. Now to someone who doesn't like fruit and stuff like that...its good to know that honestly, most of the time you can barely taste all the additional nasty stuff that you think will make it taste disgusting. Just think of it as thick juice from a carton lol. The only thing is in these smoothies, their are often alotttt of sugar in them. So making your own is probably the most beneficial.
