Short and Intense Leg and Ab Workout

Hey guys! So, I haven't posted for a few days due to exam week. So I thought i'd give you a quick leg and ab workout that I did last night. When I woke up this morning, I could really feel the aching so it was very effective. I prefer to do short intense workouts, I find them more fun and effective so try it out if your interested! :)
35 weighted squats
35 mountain climbers
35 weighted squats
35 leg raises
35 weighted squats
35 walking lunges
See if you can do this set 2 or 3 times! If you want to make it harder, then increase the weights and do alternate walking lunges on each leg.
