Homemade Keifr Smoothie (Strawberry and Banana)

Kefir is a fermented milk drink made with kefir "grains". I love it because it tastes great and it contains lots or nutrients and probiotics, it is very beneficial for digestion and your immune system. There are many other things that kefir is good for so search it up if you are interested, I have it almost every day and especially when I am ill. It tastes kinda like Greek yoghurt, Its so good!

Here is the recipe for the Strawberry and banana Keifr smoothie (the kefir is already prepared by the way):

1 Banana or handful of frozen bananas

Handful of frozen Strawberries

Some Honey (to sweeten if you like)

Cup of kefir (To cover the strawberries and banana, put a little less if you want it to be thicker.)

The kefir may taste a bit bitter with just the strawberry and banana, if this is the case then just add honey. Thats what I do, not to much though.
