Yummy Green Morning Smoothie:)

I'm back again haha! Over the past week, I have been drinking a green smoothie every morning and I feel great. My skin is looking clearer as well! It is reasonably filling to me, so it manages to hold me until lunch. I've always loved smoothies but i always thought the 'green' smoothies would taste disgusting...but they actually don't, I was quite surprised. Here is the recipe:

Just over a handful of kale

1 Banana

Handful of frozen mango

1/2 squeezed lemon

Water

It is that simple! it sounds like the kale would make the smoothie case bad, but you can't even take it...give it a try at home. I'm sure you'll like it, if not then sorry haha. Byeee :)
