Morning Walk and Workout

Good morning! So i've decided to occasionally take morning walks, I find them so refreshing. Today I walked for 40mins, then ran the way back. Once I got back home I went straight into a circuit workout, it seems like it is such an easy workout but afterwards I was laying on the floor for like 20 mins...i'm still laying there as I'm typing this haha.
Circuit 1:
10 burpees
30 walking lunges (15 on each leg)
20 situps
20 squats
Circuit 2:
25 light weighted bicep curls
60 jumping jacks
15 push ups
20 jumping lunges
Circuit 1+Circuit 2= 1 Round
Do 4 rounds if you can, 7 mins 30 secs per round.
