Pollo Valdostana!!

Hey guys! So two days ago it was my brother's birthday so we went out to dinner, the food was so yummy! Due to me doing this whole "eat healthy" thing I was so picky with the menu...seriously it took me like 30 minutes to choose what I was gonna have haha. The reason for that was mainly because the menu was in Italian, and once they told me what everything meant, took me ages to pick something.
Anyway, for starters I chose 'bianchetti' which means white bate because I love fish, I think it tastes great and its good for you. For a main I had 'pollo valsostana' which is chicken breast cooked in a layer of ham, tomato and melted mozzarella. Now. that is not the healthiest choice that I could of taken but I wasn't fancying a salad or anything if i'm being honest. It did however, come with a very nice salad which I ate the whole of. I didn't eat the whole of the chicken breast because it was very filling. I drank water throughout my whole meal.
I took a wise decision not to have and desert to keep myself on track, so I just cut up a late orange when I got home. My brother did have a nice birthday cake, but I avoided that too haha.
