My 4 Week Challenge!

At the beginning of the week, I set myself a tough challenge to be healthy for 4 weeks straight (cutting out junk food, mainly sugar)!
Not saying that I am unhealthy in general, but I wanted to try something a little different to see what mindset that I am in by the end of the 4 weeks. Who knows, maybe I will stick to it...
Well thats what I'm hopeful aiming for anyway haha! I will however, allow myself 1 day each week to eat what I want as a reward for eating well.
My 4 week challenge consists of drinking a large smoothie in the morning to keep me full until lunch. I am doing this because I know that I love to snack on things between meals lol. In case I do slip into my old habits, I put a breakfast bar in my bag to have instead of junk fool like crisps and sweets.
For lunch I make myself a sandwich with bread, this sandwich normally has cheese and cucumber because thats my favourite. I don't go over the top with the cheese though...to much cheese doesn't taste to nice to me, plus cheese is a very fatty food. If i forget to make myself a sandwich in the morning, then I will go to the shop in the morning and by a natural yoghurt. My favourite is Nomadic's natural yoghurt with strawberry oat clusters.
For dinner, I either have pasta with pesto sauce or meat with vegetables/salad. My favourite combination is chicken with boiled potatoes, carrots and broccoli. Yummy!!
